AlcoPod is designed around moderation. Sealed pods deliver a single, consistent standard drink so it's easy to know exactly how much you're pouring.
Adults only
AlcoPod is intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not market to anyone under 18, and the website uses an age confirmation step before showing alcohol-related content.
One pod, one standard drink
Each AlcoPod is portioned as a single Australian standard drink (10 g of pure alcohol). That makes it straightforward to track your intake, pace yourself, and stay within the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) guidelines.
Current NHMRC guidance for healthy adults: no more than 10 standard drinks per week and no more than 4 standard drinks on any one day to reduce the risk of alcohol-related harm.
When not to drink
You should not drink alcohol if you are:
- Under 18.
- Pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
- Driving, operating machinery, or about to.
- Taking medication that interacts with alcohol.
- Managing a health condition where your doctor has advised against it.
