AlcoPod is a concept-stage product developed by Scalised Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company. References to "AlcoPod" on this site refer to that concept and to Scalised Pty Ltd as its operator.

When you join the waitlist or contact us we may collect:

• The interest category you select (consumer, partner or investor).
• Optional details you choose to share in a message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address, device and approximate location) used to operate the site and prevent abuse.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The site is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

We use your information to:

• Manage the AlcoPod waitlist and send you updates you have asked for.
